The 2018-2019 annual registration deadline has been extended to 5pm on Wednesday, September 19.


Annual Registration is now open!

Annual Registration is required for ALL student organizations that wish to remain active in the 2018-2019 academic year. 

Steps to Register:

  1. Attend a Registration Workshop.

  2. Update your Niner Engage page.

September 19, 2018


Check Your Organization's Registration Status

Check your organization's registration status using the below chart.  If your organization is highlighted in green, the group has completed the required steps for the Annual Registration process for 2018-19.

If there is a blank box, your organization needs to complete that requirement prior to the deadline.



Student organizations must attend an Annual Registration Workshop once per year during the period of April 1 - September 8, 2018 and update their NinerEngage profile/registration form to stay in good standing.  For more information about NinerEngage, please click here
