The Student Organization Resource Center (SORC) is an area dedicated to student organization leaders for handling the day-to-day operations of your group. The resource center is designed to give you access to computers, a telephone, printing/photocopying, and other necessary tools for continued success.

In addition, the SORC provides reference materials and art supplies so that you can get your student organization up and running. Use the items to advertise upcoming programs, recruit members, or educate fellow students. Many of the necessary forms you will need to function are also located in this area, along with a microwave and refrigerator to enable you to feel more comfortable.

The SORC is located in the Student Union, Student Government and Organizations Complex, room 212 C.

The SORC has staff available weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and is accessible to all student organizations whenever the Student Union is open both on weekdays and weekends.

The SORC is available to all members of registered student organizations at UNC Charlotte.  We ask that you sign in and out of the SORC denoting what student organization you are a member of each time you use the space!

The resources are free; however, we ask that students not take items/supplies out of the SORC so that they are available to everyone at all times!
