Looking for a quick and easy way to recognize your student organization advisor for a job well done? Want to show your appreciation to your advisor for helping with a program, an important meeting, or project? Simply want to tell your advisor thank you for all he or she does?

The SNAPS Recognition program is intended to encourage students to recognize their student organization advisors by simply sending ONE e-mail!

1. Send an e-mail to snaps@uncc.edu and include these details:

• Name of Student Organization Name of Student Organization Advisor to receive SNAPS Recognition
• Name of Student(s) Submitting SNAPS Recognition
• Detailed description of why you want to recognize your advisor and what he or she has done to deserve recognition
• Anything else you'd like to share about your student organization advisor

2. The Student Organizations Team will review SNAPS Recognition e-mails and will pass the recognition on to your advisor. A copy of your e-mail and a Thank You note from the Student Organizations Team/Office of Student Activities will be sent to him or her.

3. Students may submit as many SNAPS Recognition e-mails as they'd like. SNAPS recipients will be recognized via the Student Organization and Advisor listservs, as well as included on the Student Organizations website.
