"Snail" Mail 

All recognized student organizations receive a mailbox located in the Student Association Complex, 369 Cone University Center.  Student organizations can utilize this mailbox for both campus and U.S. mail.  Student organizations should use the following mailing address:

We ask that someone from your student organization stop by the Student Association Complex to check the mailbox on a regular basis (at least once a week)!

Please note that Honor Societies do not have mailboxes in the Student Association Complex.  All mail should be forwarded to the appropriate on campus department affiliated with the honor society.

All recognized student organizations are eligible to apply for a student organization e-mail account through Information and Technology Services.  To apply for an @email.uncc.edu account, please click here or contact the Assistant Director of Student Activities for Student Organizations.
