Line item transfers are allowed for Operational Grant and Operational Open Fund requests only. Line item transfers are not permissible for Event and Travel Grants.
Student organizations must submit a Line Item Transfer Form to the Ways and Means Committee Chair or his/her mailbox in the Student Association Complex, 369 Cone University Center by 12 p.m. on Mondays. Forms received by the stated deadline will be considered during Ways and Means Committee Meetings held on Tuesdays.
The Ways and Means Committee will bring all line item request recommendations to the Student Senate for final approval. The student organization will be contacted by the Ways and Means Committee Chair with the outcome of the request.
