Event Evaluation Form

Student organizations that receive Event Grant funding from the Student Government Association must submit an evaluation within 10 business days of the event/program.  The evaluation must be submitted to the SGA Administrative Assistant, located in the Student Association Complex, 369 Cone University Center.
