Student organizations that receive Event Grant funding from the Student Government Association must submit an evaluation within 10 business days of the event/program. The evaluation must be submitted to the SGA Administrative Assistant, located in the Student Government and Organizations Complex on the second floor of the Student Union.
TO SUBMIT THE FORM: Please make sure to attach, to the evaluation, copies of any and all advertising (print and electronic) for the event. If these materials are not submitted with the evaluation, it might affect future funding.Please download the evaluation for use.
