Student Organizations at UNC Charlotte

The University of North Carolina at Charlotte has over 350 student organizations to choose from, offering something for everyone. There are many benefits to joining a student organization; making new friends, developing new skills and abilities, working as part of a team, learning to set and achieve goals, sharing your time and talents, as well as having fun. 

As you grow at UNC Charlotte, you will discover that the more involved you become, the more you will benefit from your educational experiences, both in and out of the classroom! While not all of these student organizations will interest you, pick a few that look fun and get involved. If you can't find one that appeals to any of your interests, you can start your own. It will be the first step in making your UNC Charlotte experience a great one! 

The Student Organizations Office is located in the Student Government and Organizations Complex on the 2nd floor of the Student Union. Be sure to stop by and check out all of the available resources!

Niner Night Program 
Applications are now being accepted for the 2015 Niner Night program, which will take place June 1 through July 9 from 9:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. in the Student Activities Center (SAC) arena and food court areas.  Register your student organization HERE.
The deadline to apply is April 17th.

New This Year! Niner Night Activity Funding
The Niner Night Activity Funding is available to all student organizations participating in the Niner Night Program.  The funds are to be used for materials needed to plan your student organization's interactive game or activity.   Visit to apply and read the funding guidelines.
